What is a White Paper?

White papers, or position papers are works in progress that enable discussion on emerging topics or provide context and history to an art installation.

inTransit presents here a pair of such papers that came out of the first workshop (February 2018) which the research group held with invited colleagues. They focus on the cases of Spain, the Spanish enclaves in Morocco, and northern France, investigating their historical circumstances.
